The course is based on an in-depth analysis on the judicial protection within the EU legal order, characterised by an interactive approach based on mooting, exam of cases, discussion on problematic topics.
Selected students could partecipate to the European Moot Court Competetion.
In 2023/2024, the Team of the University of Ferrara has been selected for the Regional Final, held in Madrid on 7-9 March.
